Prayer For America's Birthday Plus Video

Independence Day Prayer

O Lord on this Birthday we turn toward you as we have done so many times.

We have gratitude and thanksgiving for this Great Nation.

Today we are a nation divided.

A Nation in peril.

A Nation who has hit a bump in the road over Patriotism.

Over Law and Order

And, Over Good and Evil.

But you O God have remembered our Oath of Sincerity to defend this Nation and Keep her safe.

That Oath. My Promise... sworn to uphold our constitution!

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed.

For this Oath we give gratitude to all who served.

All who perished.

All who gave their all.

From the Founding of this Nation to the Present Day.

O Lord we beseech of you for Strength to Endure.

Give us the Strength to Remember and The Resolve to remain strong.

O Lord God we stand in the Shadow of the Almighty and ask for your Guidance and Preserving Actions of this Amazing Country.

As one Nation Under God.

In your Sovereign name we pray "As One" Amen
